- ✅ I did a reset (with cloud download, delete everything, fully clean, etc.) of my Acer Nitro 5 (AN515) - all went well
- ✅ Decided to install/update drivers using the Snappy Driver Installer (SDI) software
- ✅ The SDI identified 36 or 45 (don't remember exactly) drivers that needed to be installed/updated
- ✅ PC (Acer Nitro 5) started rebooting after the drivers were downloaded
- ❌ From here, I do not exactly remember what happened, but I think the PC did not complete the reboot and Windows 11 crashed
- ❌ Then Automatic Repair > Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC (for the second time after resetting in step 1.)
- Just like I did in Step 1., I selected "Cloud download" as opposed to "Local install"; only this time the PC failed to reset ❗️❗️❗️
- I started over and opted for "Local install", but it failed again❗️❗️❗️(forgot the reason displayed though)
- So I went Automatic Repair > Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options
- "Uninstall updates" - failed to execute/did not work
- Started over and selected "System restore" instead of "Uninstall updates" - Windows 11 crashed completely with the blue screen popping up over and over after every reboot with the error code "Inaccessible Boot Device"
So I am stuck here.
After internet research, I concluded I needed to reinstall Windows 11 with a USB.
HOWEVER, AFTER RE-INSTALLING WINDOWS 11, WILL I BE ASKED TO INSERT WINDOWS 11 PRODUCT KEY ❓️
I KNOW THE WINDOWS 11 KEY IS EMBEDDED IN THE SYSTEM BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER IT WILL STILL STAY IN THE SYSTEM AFTER RE-INSTALLING WITH A USB OR IT WILL GET ERASED
PLEASE HELP🙏
