Open Key BITLOCKER Partition D to Windows 10 in Acer TravelMate type TMP414-51G-575X.

My laptop is Acer TravelMate type TMP414-51G-575X.
After reinstalling Windows 10, Partition D is locked by BITLOCKER, what is the solution???
Please help

The solution to unlocking the Bitlocker-encrypted partition D on your Acer TravelMate laptop after reinstalling Windows 10 is You need to obtain the Bitlocker recovery key in order to unlock the encrypted partition. The recovery key is a 48-digit code that is required to access the encrypted data. If you did not previously save this recovery key, you may be able to retrieve it from your Microsoft account online.

What you can try is, backup the D: partition or the complete boot drive (all volumes) with Windows7 BU app in Control panel Windows10 and select System Image, this will back up all your data, decrypted, to a Windows VHD image file that you can then mount in File Explorer to copy files and folders. If you restore that VHD backup to a newly formatted not encrypted drive the D: partition may no longer be bit locked, but I am not sure.
