Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-572 Pink screen flickering problem.

Hey all,

I have a Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-572 model, bought in 2018.

Recently, I am facing screen flickering issue. When I turn on my laptop and use it for 10-15 minutes, the screen starts flickering with pinkish lines and distortions (I have attached an image of it).

I tried following things-

Installed Intel DSA and made sure, the latest Intel driver is installed
Tried uninstalling display drivers from Device manager and restarting PC
Task Manager is also flickering pink
Bios is also flickering pink
Cleaned and reconnected the screen cable from one end (connection behind the display)

The issue still persists.

I have not checked with External Monitor, as I don't have one.

I think it's mostly a hardware issue, but I am not sure how to confirm, if it's a cable issue or display issue itself, any way to find that out?

What should I do ?? Please Help me out.

Hey @GAMING6698, thanks for the suggestion!
Is there any other way than External Monitor, as I mentioned, I dont hv a external monitor.
My laptop is out of waarranty and I am little concerned to visit Acer service centres, as they charge huge.
I can replace the cable or screen by myself at home, if issue is confirmed somehow

Connect the laptop to a TV with a HDMI cable. This is probably a HW issue of a 6-year-old panel. If the TV shows the same problem, follow the advice of GAMING6698 or find a reputable PC repair shop to check the eDP cable and screen.
