Windows 11 LTSC is not booting fast on Acer Nitro 5 AN-515-55 i5

Dear Friends

recently i installed Windows 11 LTSC on my Acer Nitro 5 Laptop for performing Better and faster but everytime for booting it takes 2 to 3 minutes to boot from acer logo .is there anyway to fix this issue?

i have Acer Nitro 5 AN-515-55 i5

Ram 16GB

ssd 1 :256GB

ssd2 :512GB

Edition Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC
Version 24H2
Installed on ‎6/‎19/‎2024
OS build 26100.863

    That shout be 30 seconds not 120-180 seconds. Boot to Safe mode and time that, run MSconfig.exe (Windows key + R) and select Safe Boot then disable all non-Windows services and click Apply. reboot and check that boot time. if that takes <30 seconds you have a rogue driver/services. If that also is slow you have a PCIe slot or boot SSD hardware problem. To find the services/app/driver that slows the booting enable the disabled services in MSconfig.exe one-by-one or two at the time till the slow boot starts again, each time you have to click on Apply, a lot of work. To speed up the debug process you can skip the services part and select Base Video only in MSconfig.exe as most of the time the dGPU driver is the problem. Also uninstall all bloatware, 3rd-party AV programs, browsers and freebees/trial versions, uninstall the Acer apps like Acer Care and AcerSense.
