Nitro Resolution error, same monitors, but different resolution availability

I just purchased two new and identical Nitro EDO monitors. The problem I have is that they don't offer the same resolution via Windows display settings. One is maxed at 1920x1080 and the other offers 2560 x1080. Both drivers are updated. How do I get the monitor up to the resolution it is supposed to be capable of.
Thanks.

Are you sure they are identical versions of the monitor? Nitro ED0 (ED zero, not EDO) could be any of a bunch of different models. There should be a model number on the back, usually on the same sticker as your SN and SNID. It's likely something like EDx##0xx xxxxxxxx. They offer the ED0 series in four different sizes and three different resolutions IIRC…
