My Acer TravelMate P215-52 series gets Laggy when its less than 40% charge and plugged in

so My Acer TravelMate P215-52 series gets Laggy and its performance drops when its less than 40% and plugged in. i dont know why but this issue was with this laptop the day we got it

    There are settings under power options for configuring what happens as the battery gets low, even when plugged in. You might check those to see if there's a 40% threshold on some.

    it didnt work, i think the answer might be in BIOS but i am not sure

    Same same! Have you solved that problem? I'm trying to understand what problem can it be already 1-2 years... And today i saw 2 laptops with the same problem, so now i just know that its global problem i guess

    Where it happens varies between manufacturers, but at the setpoint the machine reduces the system to minimum cpu performace & power demand until AC power is connected and the machine is not relying on an almost empty battery to operate. Not weird, but rather normal for most laptops. Users are generally advised to use the laptop plugged in to get the best performance out of it. However, many users find that the laptop slows down when plugged in. Typically, device lag or slowdown issues are related to laptop overheating, incorrect power management settings, virus attacks, or hardware failure. The more RAM your computer gets, the shorter loading time you will get. If your Acer laptop is struggling to load programs and even become unresponsive, it's time to upgrade your RAM.

    Have the same problem and they never updated Intel ME which is vulnerable as Intel CSME Detection Tool says.
