I have a SF144-33 laptop, it's been 3-4 years since i bought this laptop, in the last year my laptop has ben very overheating, like the average temp without cooling is 90-100 degree.

I think its because i've been using this laptop on the bed, It's like a vacuum.

I want a short solution without cleaning the dust in the laptop.

This is a passive cooling system without any fans and will get hot when not placed slightly elevated on a hard surface or during fast charging an almost depleted battery. Keep the battery fully charged and adapter connected. Don't open the laptop as there is nothing to clean and you may damage the cooling plate. I recommend getting a good 5-fan Cooling Pad for underneath the laptop, this will lift the laptop to improve air circulation and adding fans will keep the laptop cool.

Most of the time, laptops overheat for a few reasons: The fan and heat sink are clogged up with dust. Usually, blowing the dust out using a can of “dust off” compressed air will fix it.
Here are six top tips that'll help keep your laptop cool, and reduce the risk of it overheating. Overheating is a common problem that can affect the performance and lifespan of your laptop. It can cause slowdowns, crashes, errors, or even permanent damage to your hardware.
Here are some simple steps you can take to prevent your laptop from overheating and keep it running smoothly.

    Use a laptop cooling pad.
Use your laptop on flat surfaces.
Clean laptop air vents to remove dust.
Keep your laptop out of the heat.
Make sure you're using an original charger.
Avoid using unnecessary apps and processes.
