acer aspire 5733 series model pew71 power light blinking 5 times

so i got my pc back last time i used it it was working now i turn it on power light blue light blank 5 times and when i turn it on while its chargeing chargeing light turns on power light turns onbut no display i tried entering the bios no display i heard no beep help pls

    Hi @KarimBenguella09875 can you test if there is video on an external monitor?

    @Alejandro_AC i used an external moniter and it dident work

    Can you confirm that the screen of the computer itself (not the external one) does not show any image, nor the Acer logo or the BIOS information at startup?

    If the external monitor works, it may indicate that the problem is with the screen itself, a physical problem. In these cases, it is best to have the equipment checked by a technical service.
