For the Acer Switch Go 14, what is the maximum amount of RAM that you can install? Is the RAM soldered in also? I found this laptop at Costco with this model number: SFG14-73T-75FA. It has 16 GB of memory initially. I like it because it has 16 cores.

    Hi,

This model comes with only a on-board memory , they will be 6400MHz, LPDDR5X type, so you can not upgrade memory in this model.

I do not understand this answer. Here in Thailand, if you order the Frost Blue (ugg!) model with 32GB RAM. or the Silver, with 16BG. what gives? you can tell i, too, am interested in the silver casing model. But the extra 16GB RAM costs only 2,000 Thai baht ($70). Thanks in advance for a reply.

The answer above means that the Acer Swift SFG14-73 14 inch screen laptops have only inside fixed and soldered memory YOU CAN NOT UPGRADE the memory as there is no ram slots, that is what it means. In America the Swift Go that you have written above is the Acer Swift model SFG14-73-94XW that comes with 32GB LPDDR5X type memory or the model SFG14-73-585D that comes with 16GB LPDDR5X.

In Thailand as you say, the same model is know as the Swift SFG14-73T Frost Blue (ugg!) model with 32GB RAM. or the Silver, with 16BG, its very simple, I don't know why you can't understand?

Oh, I can understand why your wife left you - or will, when you get old. here in the Land of Smiles, we take life a lot less seriously than you do. but thanks for the decency to reply . meanwhile - I am a MS Surface fan for years. so I'll step up to a Surface Laptop 5, 7 or the Pro 9. It is unbelievable that, in the Land of the Free, you defend the taking away of your freedom to avoid Frosty Blue. :)
