Predator Helios Neo 18 no power

Hi there, just received my order of my predator helios.

Connected the power supply and one second later all lights went out, no power no nothing. Who do I contact as technical support pass me onto customer care and customer care now have passed me back to tech support.

You are soon enough that I'd start with the vendor and have them swap you out with a new unit, then let them deal with the warranty stuff with Acer. That's usually faster than any other process. If it's too long since purchase for that, you open a ticket with Acer support for the warranty repair.
