I hope you are booting from the SSD? If so you have already done the biggest change for performance, although it is kind of small… You could easily bump them memory up a notch, 16GB is OK for most uses but 32GB is better for most gaming. The 1660 Super can likely be upgraded to a 3060 or 3070. Otherwise I would be more inclined to upgrade to a new system rather than trying to spend much more on this one. What makes you think you need water cooling?

Yeah I’m booting from the ssd, I was thinking if I could change the motherboard to a asrock mb h370-hdv because it’s compatible with a cpu that I bought and can’t refund (i5 9400F). Could you please tell me if it would be possible to change my mother or because the asrock is micro atx and I will buy new ram aswell

Yes, your motherboard is a pretty stock uATX size, so any of those should fit in the case just fine. With the 9th gen CPU you will have to replace the memory too, as you say. The 9th gen and 6th gen run at different speeds.
