    Whenever I have had my Chromebook GE 16 lid closed, upon opening it my network is not recognized, even though I have a solid network connection. How do I fix this connectivity issue?

      Likely power is getting turned off to the WLAN card. It often takes a bit to power back up, then a bit longer before the network reconnects.
