I'm having problems booting up! Out of nowhere my notebook started to freeze on the loading screen where the ACER logo appears and does not leave this screen even the little ball that is spinning is stuck in one place.
I've tested two hard drives, one with the operating system and one without, and it's still the same, I've reset the battery and it's still the same. I've tried formatting but it also hangs on the same ACER screen.
I took out the RAM memory and cleaned it, and it's still the same.
Does anyone know a solution?

Disconnect all USB peripherals (mouse-keyboard, etc.), external monitors, docking stations and try again to boot. Windows boot manager may be corrupted, HDD/SSD boot drive is bad or a setting in BIOS is stopping Windows from booting. Boot to BIOS with F2 and reset with F9 in BIOS, check what Sata mode is set on the Info page and on the boot page if you see Windows boot manager, save changes and exit BIOS. Try to reboot and as soon as you see the Acer logo quickly press Alt+F10 before it freezes. This will open WindowsRE with the blue Troubleshoot where you can Reset this PC.
