Acer Aspire 3 15 touchpad not working
Hi,
I cannot get my touchpad to work.
ACer Aspire 3 15 Windows 11.
Things I have tried that did not fix it:
updating device driver.
Updating AMD drivers and then updating device driver.
Touchpad is not disabled.
BIOS does not show a touchpad option under MAIN.
What's next?

@AnhEZ28 I dont know what triangle to look for in device manager but I dont see one. I have the same problem, the touch pad is not working. I have tried re installing the drivers. I have tried turning the touch pad on/off. When I set the mouse to circle itself when I press the windows button i can see a circle but no mouse cursor and the touch pad does not do anything. We just bought the laptop last week.

If you don't have any important data on the laptop, then use the Reset This PC function.

i have this problem, updated from windows 7 to 10. touchpad not working, not showing up on bios or management also acer site does not recognise the serial number or snid number.
