Run Windows10 Disk management and find out how much unallocated space you have on volume C:\ (see link):

    1. On the disk management, right-click on Local Drive C and click on Extend Volume
    2. Extend Volume Wizard will open, just follow the prompts and enter the amount of space would you like to add on the local drive C.

If you prefer to use your HDD as boot drive (that will be much slower) you have to transfer Windows10 OS from the SSD to the HDD and reformat your SSD as you can't have 2 Windows OS, either use W7 backup program in W10 Control Panel (create image file) to backup both the HDD and SSD to an external USB backup drive reformat the HDD and then restore the SSD backup to the HDD or clone the SSD. Consider replacing the SSD for a larger (1-2TB) SSD to keep the Sata-3 HDD for data storage only (easiest).
