Unable to switch refresh rates in Predator Helios 300

Few days back, I got issue in my Acer Predator Helios 300 (2020) due to which I needed to replace my screen. I got to an official Acer service center to get it replaced along with I asked them for thermal pasting as well.

After the screen got replaced, I'm unable to see any option to switch between 60 hz to 144 hz.

You can see there is no option to select 144 hz

And also when I play games, my Nvidia GPU Activity says : "There are no displays connected to this GPU"

So, the proper 144Hz refresher rate screen for this laptop quoted by Acer are these screens below, as your laptop has the 40pin video connector plug and all these screens will fit and are quited in the PH315-52 Acer service guide.
