REALTEK HD Audio Manager - ASPIRE 2920 (Vista SP2) - Microphome problems

Hello everybody !!!

 

Recently I have real problems with Sound Card drivers and REALTEK HD Audio Manager.

Since I have realized that there is no 10 band graphic EQ I have been missing a lot quality of music I am listening to. 

I was trying to get it back by updating Realtek Drivers to R2.70.
Everything was great and I got back (10bandEQ) but I realized that I have mic problems. I couldnt make calls on Skype and I had a look in sound settings.
There is a mic detected but normally there should be a detector of signall next to it and there isnt. 

Can anyone help me!!!

 

I am missing that what is inide of this red borders, bars indicating signal detected by microphone.

Which version of Realtek Drivers are supporting both things???

I tried 2.68, 2.69, 2.55 and   6.0.1.5901 and 5493 and 5901 and 5543.

On some I have mic working but no graphic EQ and other way around.

 

HOW TO FIX THIS ???
