My Chromebook is flashing amber color 😭 I need it back I need help please her #N18Q5

    That number doesn't tell us just which Chromebook you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. Typically a flashing amber is telling you there's a problem with the battery, but sometimes it means you are in a sleep mode and sometimes something completely different. Do you have two status lights? Which one is flashing?
