The Acer Nitro 5 stops charging during heavy processes.

The battery stops charging when I do heavily loaded processes. When I unplug the charging cable and plug it back in, the battery continues to charge. But after a while, when I play games or do heavy processes again, it stops charging.
I disable the battery and run the laptop without battery and the result is the same again, the laptop shuts itself off.

I don't know if it's because it's getting too hot. It was getting hot before but it didn't stop charging.

I can watch movies or surf the internet for a long time and it doesn't cut the battery and there are no problems.

How can you give a solution?

Probably charger getting faulty. Your charger not able to suppy enough power. I recommend to visit nearest acer service center with your laptop and charger.

Before going ahead make sure you try another wall outlet and plug charger directly to wall. Don't use board as there can be fault

I tried to use another charger result was same. I used wall outlet for charging. Do you think high temperature can cause this problem?

First thingbcame in mind is Either the charger is not producing enough power, or the battery needs to be replaced..
Now, most likely the charging port on your laptop's motherboard is issue.
Visit nearest acer service center with your laptop aand charger for repair
