Hi @wanisai try to carry out the procedure with the charging power supply connected.

Which Acer tablet is it? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. Typically that type of failure is a drive issue, but not always.

I’m also using an Acer tablet and faced a similar issue after a reset, really frustrating! Hope someone from the community can share a working solution soon.

If your Acer tablet is stuck on the logo screen after a factory reset, try a few more troubleshooting steps. First, ensure the tablet is completely powered off. Then, attempt a hard reset by holding the power button and volume up button simultaneously until the Android logo appears. If that doesn't work, you might need to try disconnecting the battery (if possible) and then reconnecting it before powering the tablet back on, as suggested in a post on Acer Community. If none of these steps work, the tablet may have a hardware issue and require professional repair.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:

    1. Power Off Completely:
Make sure the tablet is completely turned off. This is important because a hard reset will only work if the tablet is in a completely powered-off state.
    2. Hard Reset:
Press and hold: Simultaneously press and hold the power button and the volume up button on your Acer tablet.
Wait for the logo: Continue holding the buttons until the Acer logo appears on the screen.
Release the buttons: Once the logo appears, release the power and volume up buttons.
Enter Recovery Mode: The tablet should then enter Recovery Mode, which will allow you to attempt another factory reset or other troubleshooting options.
    3. Disconnect and Reconnect Battery (If Possible):
Carefully remove: If your Acer tablet allows it, carefully disconnect the battery from the mainboard.
Wait: Allow the tablet to sit without the battery for a few minutes.
Reconnect: Reconnect the battery and try powering the tablet on again.
    4. Contact Acer Support or Professional Repair:
If none of the above steps work, your tablet might have a more serious hardware issue.
Contact Acer support or take the tablet to a qualified technician for professional diagnosis and repair.
