Hi, is it possible to remove X32FP stand (there are two holes at the bottom of the stand panel, which can fit screwdrivers, but I'm worried to damage something), and then attach the monitor using VESA mount? I can see the specifications mention 100x100 wall mounting, but I can't find anything relevant in the user manual.

I got access to a little more information… Though it's preliminary, so might not match the actual final product. Look at this image:

It looks like the cover can be pried off, and there are screws holding the mount itself into place. Then look at this picture:

With the stand and cover out of the way, you can see the four VESA mounting holes. Down inside they have affixed captive nuts to the metal plate covering that area. Here's another picture showing the stand being locked into place:

So it has two bits sticking out the top that fit into matching slots, then pivots down to where the screws then hold it in place. You just need to remove that cover to access the screws. I don't know why they did use the more standard plastic latches instead of the screws, though the screws may be more stable with the weight.

I don't see a service guide yet for the X32FP models yet, I'll ask to see if the moderators can help. Normally there's a plastic cover under the stand mount that covers up the VESA holes.

I found a discussion on reddit, but looks like they couldn't find a way to remove the stand neither. If I remember correctly the stand comes preinstalled

Looking at the user manual, you are correct, it's all preassembled. The Acer product page doesn't mention VESA mount compatibility.
