Acer TravelMate |P model: TMP614RN-52 Touch Screen Not Workin

Hello, I have an Acer TMP614RN-52 Cercer device, the touch screen by hand does not working

only the screen works with a pen, knowing that all definitions are known, but it does not work, and more than one solution has been tried, and it still does not work as a touch only with a pen

i Have Windows 11 Pro

That is a weird one, as far as I can tell the TravelMate Spin P614RN-52 LCD panel has both pen and touch input supported, and there isn't any normal way to turn one off. There are two cables going to the display though, so there might be an issue with ones of them. I'm guessing you are still in warranty? If so now would be an appropriate time to contact Acer support and open a ticket.
