Upgrade Nitro 5 ANV15-51-73R8 RAM & SSD

edited July 2024 in Nitro Gaming

Was looking to upgrade the RAM to 32GB and 1TB or more without replacing stock SSD as already downloaded games on it. I would also like to potentially replace the thermal paste.

Would anyone have any advice as to what compatible products I should purchase?

Also any warranty concerns for upgrading?

I'm not terribly tech savvy so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Below is the upgrade info. Upgrading will not void the warranty.

Hey Jack, where did you find that information? I have the same model and cannot find that or similar spec information anywhere that I have looked. In full exposure, I'm hoping to verify the Max SSD number as well as some other specs, 1TB is a bit restrictive…would love to add 4TB if I can.

I have the same model (Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-51 with i7 13620h and 4050) and i'm curious too about the limit on SSD max capacity. Is it possible to add a gen4 in the second gen3 slot with 2TB or 4TB of capacity? Are there some already tested ssd that i can buy?

I bought an Ediloca 2TB gen3 for the second slot and it work perfectly.
