Greetings!

hope you are doing well.

I bought a new laptop Predator PH16-71 2 days ago.

Unfortunately, my mic sound becomes too weak in USB only (hyper x cloud). If I connect it with a 3.5 port the sound will be good but I will lose the feature of the 5.1 surround sound cause it only works with USB.

I try to increase the volume from the setting, but it's already 100%.

I tried to install the driver from Acer's official website but it still didn't work.

I tried to install the driver from the Windows update, but it says it's already the last version.

Any help?
