How to disable Capslock notification in my Acer Predator Helios 300

Today i run my Acer Predator Helios 300 and when i click "Capslock" the notifcation pops up in the middle of the screen and minimize my game. I haven't had this before (i own the laptop for about 3 years).

Nothing helped.

So my question is, why suddenly some kind of notification start popping up?

And how to turn it off, because it prevents me from playing games on my "gaming" laptop

Check Windows Services and stop all Acer services then disable the Start in Properties for any QA, AQAgent, ACCAgent or similar services and try again the Caps Lock key. If that works also disable the Startup for these apps in Task Manager Startup apps. Did you recently install AcerSense?
