upgrading Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S Gaming Laptop

Hi, I have the Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S Gaming Laptop bought from Amazon in 2021. "Internal Specifications: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz memory (2 DDR4 Slots Total, Maximum 32GB); 512GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD (2 x PCIe M.2 Slots/1 x 2.5" Hard Drive Bay Available)"

I would definitely like to upgrade the hard drive from 512GB and possibly the memory from 16GB. How do I find out what PCIe Gen 4 SSD and DDR4 3200MHz memory is compatible? Where is the best place to buy these components?

Is there a way to find out what components are installed (make and model etc) without opening up the laptop? Thanks in advance.
