That screw is a TORX type screw and you need to get a "TORX set screwdriver" to unscrew that screw. The below screws are used on the Swift SF514-54GT model and should be the same as your SF514-xx so look at the highlighted screw and find out which TORX screwdriver set will open that screw or get an online TORX screw reference size list and see which TORX screw size that is. Good luck..

We can be more specific if you tell us just which SF514 model you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF514-xxx-xxxx. There have been several model series of the 514 over the years, and hundreds of different SKUs. The picture you show doesn't look like a Torx, so either you don't have the 54GT model series or Steven was looking at the wrong screw. On most of these the keyboard and upper case are one assembly. They are connected to each other in such a way that they don't come apart with screws…

    Thanks. My laptop is SF514-54GT-729E.

It seems more like cross type as below one instead of Torx. But I cannot unscrew it by all screwdrivers I have.😪

How to speicify the screwdriver to buy ?

It's not a screw at all. It's a pressed out piece of plastic from the top case half. They use a mix of heat and pressure to squash down the plastic to hold the keyboard in place. If you are trying to replace the keyboard itself without replacing the top case (Acer only sells them as a unit) you will have to cut those off, then use something like an epoxy to hold the new keyboard in.
