My Swift 3 does Not react, doesn't work with USB C plug

Could only give Power with the c Plug. But now also this does Not Work. Can I Safe my Files ?

    I am so worried that i will Not be able to find my Files. Can I remove the Harddisk?

    At the back there is a small pinhole with a battery sign (see red circle on picture):

    Stick a pin in that hole and press gently till you feel a click, keep pressing for a few seconds, this will reset the battery. If no results remove the SSD and get an external USB3.0 SSD case ($10). Mount the SSD in that case and insert it in the USB slot of another Windows11 PC and copy your data.     Put the SSD back in the laptop and bring it to Acer Services in your country, the warranty is for 2-years and may still be valid.

    Thank thank you so much i'm so happy to hear that this way to save my files . My Mom died in January and I have saved the Pics and.videos from her from phone on Notebook. I. So Happy that I will BE able to get them back
