Acer Purified View missing after reinstalling camera driver. How to restore?

I reinstalled my camera driver due to some issues and realized that some of the AI features (Auto-framing, Eye contact, etc.) that Acer claims to have on my laptop model were gone.

After some research I found out it belongs to Acer Purified View, now my Acer Purified Voice is still there but the Purified View isn't. And I also uninstalled Acer Quick Panel (not Quick Access) earlier which could access both Purified Voice & View.

I tried to install Acer Purified View and Quick Panel back but to no avail, there's also no relevant file/app on my Acer device support page.

Would anyone be able to help me out here?

I sent an email to support. I have the same problem. It's not in the drivers/ support section of the laptop.

I have the same problem and can't even figure out how to send an email to support. Bloody Acer, why can't you just put up the software online for everybody??? Why do we have to spend time on this???

Solved...!!!

Finally I have found a proper way to restore this issue. First of all make sure your ms copilot is installed NOT removed. Then for camera driver download and install from this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M0fk_oKrdgOHo90o2iKJQ4PzGEaRDB8T/view?usp=drive_link . Then make sure windows update DO NOT update your camera driver. After that restart. In the device manager for camera make sure driver version is 10.0.22000.20327. You will get all three AI camear mode: Auto framing, Eye contact and Background Blur. Once you get them in windows camera app then and then only install Acer Quick panel. Hopefully it will work for every realtek camera version of Predator Helios Neo 16 PHN16-72.
