Acer nitro product delivery I still don't have any update what should i do?

I ordered acer nitro v on 20th april the very next day i got a call from acer confirming my address and after that i got no information of my product neither i can trace it from website nor any email about shipment i tried calling they kept saying to wait even i emailed and they had only reply stating wait 12 days have already passed and i still dont have any update what should i do? please help? calling and emailing isnt helping 1%
