Problem connecting Acert Connect M3

Hello, I bought a year ago a acer connect M3 a great device but with so much to improve, I'am able to connect via usb C my MacBook Air with M1, but most of the time it can't negotiate with the Mac the right bandwidth what I mean is that is kapped around 20 Mb/s meanwhile when it is connected via wi-fi 6 it goes up like 700 Mb/s, I thinks this Is a problem with the device the M3 because sometimes it did not work either with windows and the problem is not the Mac I think because the M3 just can't negotiate right.

I know you can use the wi-fi but I need the low latency that can offer a wired connection.

Let me kwon if there is a fix or if acer will fix this or if is just my problem.

Heheh, another AI fail. :) Your Connect M3 speed is limited more by the 5G connection than by the WiFi. The WiFi can handle a lot more bandwidth than the cellular side of things.
