Acer Nitro QG241y bii monitor, and it's flickering

Hi, i bought a month ago Acer Nitro QG241y bii monitor, and it's flickering.

When i set "Desktop apps" in Nvidia Control Panel, it's seems to stop flickering, but it flicker on Content Manager of Assetto Corsa.

It's always flicker when i reduce brightness, if i set lower than 50%.

I'm going crazy, i updated driver, changed 4 HDMI cables, disabled/enabled vsync, Freesync, overdrive etc.. tested my PC HDMI with another monitor and it works perfectly.

Another thing it's when i play on games it's a bit "laggy", when using Acer Nitro monitor, on my laptop screen the games works perfectly.

If can help, my specs are

I5-12450H

RTX 3050 Ti 4gb VRAM

16 gb RAM

512 gb SSD

Hope someone can help me.. i'm going crazy.
