Nitro 5 Model No N20C1 will not charge

I had this laptop barely two years when it suddenly stopped charging. Model No N20C1. No LED light would signal when plugged in, and it never responded to power. I bought a new charger, didn’t work. I bought a replacement battery and the laptop powered up, but still refuses to charge even after trying BOTH chargers, the original and the replacement. I am at my wits end. I have tried just about every solution I’ve found on google and NOTHING works. Incredibly disappointed with this laptop and it’s now been sitting in my cupboard like a $2000 rock. Please help.

Try to hold the power button with the charger disconnected for 15 seconds. If that doesn't work, bring it to a repair technician to diagnose the issue.
