Laptop won't work how should i fix this?

my laptop doesn't work if i dont hold press any key on my keyboard? how should i fix this?

    Must be a faulty keyboard. Have a look in Device Manager and see if it has any yellow exclamation triangles. Uninstall those as well as Unknow Devices. In Keyboard uninstall the Standard PS/2 keyboard as well as HID Keyboard device and just reboot. If still an issue I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the keyboard connections and or replace the keyboard (not an expensive item)
