Now I've posted a few times about my Predator Helios 16 (2023) and managed to sort the temps out by repasting the LM on the CPU and Paste on the GPU.

My only issue is that running Cinebench or a game etc only shows 2 of the P-Cores ever hitting max frequency of 5.4 (p-Cores 4 and 5). The others cores its 5.2. The e-cores hit 3.9 no problem.

Theres no thermal throttling etc and I was wondering if i'm missing something. I know cinebench is a stress test and the reality is that Max Ghz will never be hit when gaming etc but its bugging me why this is happening. Everything is up to date and bios etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a reply from Reddit.

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/gaming/resources/how-intel-technologies-boost-cpu-performance.html

This link explains it in the Turbo boost max 3.0 section but TLDR,
the 5.4GHz turbo max 3.0 for the 13900HX in Intel spec sheet only
applies to the two best cores on the cpu in all core scenario so your
cpu is working as intended. As for why they don't specify the speed of
the other p-cores in all core scenario on their spec sheet. Well 5.4Ghz
    > 5.2Ghz so they just put the biggest number. Marketing stonks.
