Is Aspire 4741 and Aspire 4741Z the same?

I have seen many post about Aspire 4741 but not Aspire 4741Z which is my laptop, I feel that the 4741 and 4741Z are the same since I'm not seeing much about 4741Z but not too sure about it, I have much more questions, But that's all for now

Yes, both have same motherboard with HM55 Express chipset, there may be minor configuration differences but not major differences.
