Aspire N20C6 , A315-58-55TP MFG date: 2023/07/05 so I bought this device in FEB 2024 .
The information I received StevenGen was the it was known that a faulty batch in May of 2020 "killer card" a product of Rivet Network was in Acer Laptops some work and some not at all . It can only be fixed by installing ACER allocated drivers they should fix the problem 100%.
When this problem was identified back in 2020 should acer not have recalled the products
and carried out the fix in house . Instead of continuing to sell these laptop which were at best faulty.
At the very least I personally would expect a refund direct from acer and not be asked to find
drivers to fix a faulty machine .
I can no longer trust this product and wonder what next you have not told the buying public
