Issue with the latest update on my M5-583P-6428

I did the update+shutdown and let it do it's thing because I know it takes a while. I came back the next morning and turned it on and it went through the rest of the update counting up with the percentage. When it got to 99%, it froze. I let it sit all night again and the next morning it was still frozen at that screen. I did a hard reboot, it started with the update again and did the same thing when it got to 99%. I tried doing a system restore and when it got done, I rebooted it, signed in at the sign in screen and it said "The User Profile Service service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded."

Trying a system restore again.

This is a 2012 Windows 8.1 64-bit laptop, what Windows10 version and build are you running and what KB update are you trying to install?
