Hello eveyone my name is insang and i just recently bought my gaming laptop HELIOS NEO 16 2023 but i'm facing a crackling sound and a screen freeze when i try to use laptop in battery it freezes like 0.5-0.7 sec with that noise i try to search everywhere but didnt found the solution hope any acer helper help me to solve this problem im sick of this whenever i try to watch videos or song its keep happening im sick of this crackling sound.
