Problems with Wifi (possibly with the network card)

Hello everyone, I have been having problems with my Internet connection for a long time. During the game, I have ping drops, for a couple of seconds it is 999, but at the same time, my girlfriend plays on the same network, and she does not experience any problems, which means everything is ok with the Wi-Fi router. Also, recently a mega problem appeared, when I insert 3.5 headphones (usually I use bluetooth), my Internet simply turns off, without the ability to connect, I have to reboot the laptop.
I've updated the drivers several times, and I'm already leaning towards replacing the network card, but if anyone knows how to solve the problem, I'll be happy to try all the options

Restart your modem and router

Unplug the power cable for the router from the power source.
Unplug the power cable for the modem from the power source.
Wait at least 30 seconds or so.
Plug the modem back into the power source.
Plug your router back into the power source.
On your PC, try to connect again.
