Hi all,

I have a weird problem

I have all kinds of chromebooks, - HP Chromebook 14a-na0142nd, - Asus Chromebook C423NA-EB0350. All work fine with our setup, except Acer chromebooks:

The setup is:
laptop: with usb-c connected to monitor 1,

monitor 1 :
laptop on usb-c Display port cable in DP out port to monitor 2 DSP = on

monitor 2 :
displayport in is connected to DP port out of monitor 1 DSP=off

I have tried 2 differtent Acer 514 CB514-2H-K8SN chromebooks.

I updates all chromebook updates, firmwares are up to date. factory reset them. Nothing helps.

What happens when you press Ctrl+(screen key)?

Looking at the system block diagram:

    And at the USB-C specs:

I don't see any indication they are running two video channels on the port. I know the USB-C spec supports that, but it has to be designed into the laptop.
