I have a new Acer Chromebook Spin 311. The internet connection keeps dropping. Sometimes it will reconnect on it's own, but most of the time I need to restart it, which is really annoying. This does not happen with other devices in the house hold. Does anyone have this issue or a solution?

Does it get stable if you move it really close to the router? If so it's possible one of the antenna cables has come loose inside. If you are under warranty, Acer will fix that for you. If out of warranty we need to know which of the Spin 311 models you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like CP311-xxx-xxxx. They've been out for several years now, and there are usually a couple of different models each year, with different specs.
