'Hello everyone,

i had a previous topic about my touchpad not working due to an corrupted driver or something. However it worked for a while and now i've got the same issue again, but it is even worse.

The touchpad stopped working again, as long with other things on my Predator Helios 300 laptop.

I am posting screenshots of my Win11 machine, and hopefully some1 can help.

Ive done the most basic things and none of them work sadly.

Together with HID Device driver, Base System and all PCI others arent working. I doubt this to be a coincidence, but who knows.

Boot to BIOS with F2 and see if Touchpad is set to 12C HID, if set to PS/2 change that setting to 12C HID and save changes in BIOS and exit. Boot to Windows and in Device manager uninstall the 12C HID device in Human Interface Devices. Also uninstall any other Touchpad drivers you see in Mice and Other Pointing devices and devices with yellow exclamation triangles or greyed out Unknown Devices. Reboot and Windows will install MS Precision drivers.

    Hello Puraw,

    thanks again for your help.

Unfortunately i have no touchpad settings in my BIOS.. i never had any to be fair.

I have uninstalled the devices from human interface few times already… i have installed both Win11 drivers you have given me on my previous post and nothing changes..

Maybe i should try clean installation of a new windows 11 ?

I have my device bought with original Win10, once i installed this 11 version it looks legit genuine after i entered my microsoft account, i havent bought it or entered any key…
