Reboot and select something It was supposed to have arrived all set up with windows installed

hi there, I received a prebuilt pc for my sons birthday, upon turning it on it’s saying to reboot and select device. It was supposed to have arrived all set up with windows installed etc and now I’m panicking as it’s a gift for my son

    Tap the DEL key immediately after turning the machine on to enter the BIOS menu. Click advanced tab. Click peripherals. Post a phone photo of peripherals screen if possible.

    it’s all good dude, took the cover off the case to have a look inside and the SSD was hanging out of the slot 🤔 assuming this is the issue. There seems to be space for a screw but there’s no screw there…

    gonna try and add a small screw to keep it in place…..

    Yep. Good sleuthing. Explains why no drives were detected. Should take a 2mm x 3mm long flathead screw, Might be laying in the bottom of the case.
