Two or 3 days before there a windows update and I didn't update the windows at the time and few days later when i was at college my little sister opened laptop and i think she accidentally updated it while turning without connecting yo charger andWhen i opened my laptop it was at 0% so i plucked in my charger it was working fine that day. When i took my laptop to college and tried to open my laptop without connecting charger it says"The upgrade process has been suspended. Please make sure the system meets both conditions below. Plug in AC adaptor. Battery capacity is more than 25%.".Even though my laptop charge is above 80% it says the same and if I connect my charger it opens normally it doesn't show anything. What Should I do .

You always have to make sure the battery is fully charged by leaving the power adapter plugged in 24/7, Turn off the option to automatically update Windows (Ask first option), don't check for updates when you have no access to power (traveling/school/meetings). There is nothing to be gained unplugging the power adapter. Restore the system to the date before you noticed the Windows update: In Windows type Restore in the Search box and click on "Create a restore point" at the top left click on "System Restore" and select a date (takes 5 minutes to restore the registry and settings). Reboot and go online, open the Command Prompt as administrator and paste this: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth press Enter and after completion paste this in that same Command Prompt window: SFC /scannow repeat SFC till you see "….did not find any integrity violations". Check for Updates and download the update, also check the Optional Updates.
