I reinstalled windows 11 on my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (2023 version) and the Predator Sense is not working anymore. i tried deleting and reinstalling the software but inside the app it says "MUI_Undefined" and also i find no PSSvc service in task manager. what do i do now?
