Aspire 7 gaming laptop that won't turn on and the indicator flashes 5 times

The problem is that when I press the laptop's power button, the laptop doesn't turn on, but the blue laptop indicator flashes 5 times, when I charge the laptop, then I turn it on again, suddenly it turns on again. My question is why yes and it can't be turned on directly but has to be turned on using a charger

If your Aspire 7 laptop is still under Acer 2 years warranty, then send or take the laptop to Acer Tech support in your country and get them to fix the power on key problem. What your laptop is experiencing is probably a main power rail issue that needs analyzing by a technician and appropriate parts need to be replaced or your laptops power switch that interacts to the keyboard power key is faulty and needs replacing, all these issues are complex to repair and need expertise to fix by either Acer or an experienced technician.
