PH317-54 - Replacing keyboard and palmrest

I wrote a bit ago about replacing the keyboard — and, in speaking with my tech, it does sound like the easier (most cost efficient) way - is to replace the entire keyboard and palmrest assembly (the cost difference in the part is dwarfed by the price in labor, apparently).

So, I'm in the market for a 317-54 palmrest.

Ordered one - they sent only the keyboard … and my quick search shows VERY few options.

Does anyone know …. are any other models compatible? the 317-53? the 315-53? I ask because the keyboard protector skin I'm purchasing IS compatible with 315-52-53-54 and 317-53-54-55 …. I'd just be curious if the entire mechanical part is also the same. I have many more options if any are compatible.
