Hello,

I turned my pc on and it was stuck on one of my backlight profiles (color and mode). I uninstalled Predator Sense and reinstalled it using my PCs specific version from the Acer website, and I also installed the Acer Care Center and reinstalled the Quick Access. I updated my GFX-card driver and ran windows update.

My Predator Sense key now opens up the App again (after completely stopping to do so) and I could change my backlight profile again, except I was stuck on one profile again. So I restarted my pc to see if that would fix the issue and now the keyboard backlight won't turn on at all. Only the bar behind the screen is on, but since the installation I haven't been able to change it's color or behavior.

Anyone know how to fix this? Is anyone else having this issue?

What happens when you press FN+F12 a few times to try to brighten the keyboard backlights?

I had a similar situation. When I disconnected all the peripherals from the laptop, and went on business, when I turned on the backlight device, it first got stuck on one profile, and then the reboot disappeared altogether. I reinstalled PredatorSense, fiddled with the drivers, wrote all sorts of commands in cmd, pressed various key combinations, and all this did not help. Only one thing helped, and I recommend you to do this. disconnect all the wires from the laptop, and turn it on, when it boots up everything will work again, and only then connect all the peripherals to it.
According to my information, this happened because it went into deep power saving during my trip.
    I hope I helped someone
