Nitro 5 (2020) Viber keeps running on startup even when startup is TURNED OFF/DISABLED.
Tinkerer
OS: Windows 10
Model: Nitro 5 (2020)
Viber keeps running on startup and I've already done the following:
- Turned off startup feature on desktop app itself (Photo 1).
- Re-installed the app (Photo 2).
- Turned it off on Task Manager before; now it doesn't exist on Task Manager startup tab.
- Removed it from Startup folder. It's actually empty right now (Photo 3).
But somehow, for some reason, even if I've re-installed the app it starts up by itself automatically even when upon re-installation I've turned off the feature.

My startup folder on my explorer is also empty.
Task manager also doesn't show Viber on the startup tab.
Is there any other way to find how HOW VIBER or any app in general is getting launched? I haven't found any answer online besides the one's I've already done.

The startup- folder doesn't make any difference, it's only used for the icon to launch the app. Open Services and see if there's a service it uses, then disable that.

Download Autoruns from Microsoft. Once open, click the Logon tab and untick Viber.
